大会组织者诚邀全世界化学科学研究与材料工程领域的教授、研究学者、学术科学家等加入2015 全球化学与材料工程会议（ICCSME）并提交论文。

所有被录用的会议论文将会被 Springer 出版，并将提交给重要数据库，包括Ei Compendex 和 CPCI。同时，SCI 和 SCOPUS 也将选择其中40%经过修改和扩充的优秀论文进行出版。
